We did the gay gasp when we saw that first picture. This little frock may be one of the most flattering things she's ever worn while in the public eye. Check how the shoulder was altered, all the better to show off the First Guns. The hem is higher too.

The fit is perfect, the color is perfect, and that gather at her waist is so perfect we don't even mind she's a grown woman in bows. And we HATE grown women in bows. We don't even mind the not-so-great shoes! THAT'S how much we love this dress on her. Well done, Mrs. O.
